Customer feedback & beta management service BetaEasy has been integrated with desktop application. It's Store Manager for Magento by MagneticOne - Windows application for quick and effective management of Magento-based stores. This primary experience of BetaEasy integration into desktop application has been quite successful. BetaEasy integration will help to improve the software by means of customers feedback and find out users expectation as to application functionality. Also, it enables to make software application testing better by possibility to track most annoying bugs and fix them in the first place.

Currently only Delphi integration is available. .NET, Java, C++ and other platforms will be supported in next service versions. Please contact us to have that integrations done.
